Bawi Piang First time doing an ice bath and it was awesome! I visited Nomadic Recovery for my first ice bath and had an amazing experience. Laz was super informative, calm, and really helped me push through to stay in for a few minutes. I felt supported the whole time. It ended up being a fun and surprisingly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
