helen church Great experience here with Lachlan who took plenty of time to hear my concerns and did a very thorough job of diagnosing and offering treatment options! The receptionist here is also lovely and very helpful. In a few days my back pain was completely gone and I haven’t had an issue since!

Jack Moss Really enjoyed my session at Inner Studio. The space has a great feel to it with all the greenery, and the mix of breathwork, heat and cold exposure was a great way to reset. It’s a relaxed environment but still pushes you in a good way. I left feeling refreshed and clear-headed.

Viola M This gym club is absolutely worthy to have a try. Professional and responsible coaches, effective fitness class, and easy parking! I am well satisfied with my daily workouts from the class. I have learned a lot. I have tried four gyms in Melbourne and this is definitely the best one I have experienced.

Cassie McIntosh I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Tabletop Pilates. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and fun, but still gave me the challenge I was looking for in a workout. The smaller class sizes make such a difference. The instructors are incredibly attentive and always give personal feedback, which has really helped me improve and feel more confident in each session. One thing I really appreciate is how thoughtful the space is. Even the bathrooms are stocked with little essentials like deodorant and bobby pins—such a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re rushing off after class. It’s honestly been such a positive part of my self care routine. I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and supported. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a Pilates studio with a great vibe and great people.

Jiet Thack Was a gym goer here for many years. Since around August machines were broken not fixed cardio machines broken not fixed. No pins in any of the machines either stolen or just not replaced. Alot of things out of order. No soap in toilets. Because of the cheap deals. Now the gym is over crowded with 30% of the gym not working. To many kids standing around not doing anything, to many people recording with tripods set up everywhere used to love this place but its more of a social gathering then a training gym now. Literally what am I paying for? Revo has just opened which is alot quieter during peak hours and is alot better for me personally 70% of their people all came from derrimut which i have spoke to all having the same issues. So I have canceled my membership, which i still have to pay for for another month before fully canceled? Ridiculous! If nothing is done about these issues I think alot of people will leave as alot of people are unhappy about these conditions.
