Bec Pellowe OUTSTANDING!!! My hubby found a white quartz beach stone in NZ which had sentimental value. A good friend recommended Erimus so we chatted to Mark about enclosing the stone with silver and also adding a clasp thing so that I could hang it to my fav Pandora necklace. Mark clearly talked us through his suggestion (which we loved) and quoted a reasonable price for the work. He told us the necklace would be ready to collect in three weeks, but after two weeks we were told that we could come and collect it, yay. I was absolutely wrapped! It looks so professionally crafted no one would know its story! Mark, I cant thank you enough for creating this timeless piece. Also, to the lovely lady who served me when I collected it (sorry, I am usually so good with names!!!), her customer service was also outstanding! We will highly recommend your lovely shop to anyone who is looking for a jewellery creation!

Annie W A massive thank you to Enakshi (Im so sorry if I spelt your lovely name wrong). She was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what wouldve been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping! Both her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets. Also, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone whos not usually big on jewellery, Ill definitely be paying regular visits!

Nicole Ng Went there today and found something nice for myself. There is a line to go in but it was not very obvious and a lot of customers walked in and didn’t know there was a line within the store. Maybe there should be a sign outside of the store directing people to line up at the start. The lady serving me was nice and understood what I was looking for. She even helped me tried the charms on another sales assistant’s bracelet. Sales was great but not a huge selection.
