Emily Stambanis Love the gym! Decent price for all the inclusions and perks :) and the staff are friendly. I get trained by Flo and shes literally changed my life. There aren’t enough words that I can use to describe the tenacity Flo brings to being a trainer. She develops programs, educates you on food and focuses on pushing you towards whatever goal you set for yourself. More than anything, I feel safe with Flo. She knows exactly when I need positive reinforcement and soft kindness, but also when I need to be kicked up the butt to push myself to another level I hadn’t reached yet. I’ve walked into the gym unhappy, or angry, or even stressed, countless times. I’ve never walked out of a session with Flo feeling like anything less than a super hero.

One of the highlights of my experience has been the staff—especially John. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly and supportive. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years, John takes the time to check in, offer helpful advice, and create a positive atmosphere in the gym. It really makes a difference when staff care about the members and their fitness journeys. The 24/7 access is another big plus. No matter how busy my schedule gets, I can always find time to train, which keeps me consistent and motivated. The cleanliness of the gym, the great community vibe, and the outstanding support from staff like John make this place stand out. EJ Hazelton I’ve had ongoing issues with my back and overall body imbalance, but Jamie has been incredible in helping me manage and improve these problems. Their expertise, attention to detail, and personalized approach have made a real difference in my strength& posture.
