Kamil Singh I bought crystal bracelets and a lamp from Northern Sky. The bracelets were beautiful and my family loved them. The lamp was broken in transit and once i informed Mia she promptly sent me a new one. Exceptional customer service and great products. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was a bit worried going to this store due to bad reviews and instead went online or to number of other different stores to purchase. However, a wonderful lady at Pandora Chatswood store looked up a charm I lost and sent me to Homebush DFO since I have been back twice . Cimone Rogers Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Amy, she was absolutely lovely. I came in knowing what I wanted, she wasn’t pushing me to get anything else (love when staff understand that) and was so kind to talk too. She packed up my safety chain nice a pretty for me even though it was going on the bracelet I was wearing, and we even spoke about what charms I will add to it in the future. She was so wonderful and when I go back I hope she is there so she can see my travel charms.
