5 /5 Romina Pettinato: I must share the wonderful experience that I had today at the Airport West store. Jennifer, Pina and Kayla, you are all outstanding and went out of your way commencing from my initial phone call a couple of weeks ago till today when I came in to collect my daughters birthday gift. Such a great team providing very friendly and professional service. I could also see the other customers instore feeling the same as you all interacted with each other and each customer making us all feel very welcome. Service like this is hard to come by these days so a huge thank you is warranted for this store and its team. Ill definitely be returning here.

1 /5 Elly: Disappointed with the customer service, Kris or “Kristine” keeps on shutting you up as you talk on the phone which is extremely disturbing. We had rings resized by the store which did not fit well but were pushed to pay again to get them sized correctly (we were promised a quote but they ended up resizing and forcing us to pay) I will be looking elsewhere next time
