Hezi Shi Marinos I dont personally trust many fitness coach but Van KNOWS what he does. Well designed program, great and comfortable atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Strength and balance classes are my favourite, really enjoy the low-impact and safe exercises that really works and wont aggravate my back pain. 5/5

Her attention to form, calm and motivating energy, and ability to adapt each session to suit everyone’s needs has made a real difference in my strength and mobility. She cares about each client’s progress and overall wellbeing and will also adjust the workout to work around any injuries you may have to ensure you still get the best workout.

Jungle Botany - VIC

William Doyle I’ve been training at Jungle Brothers for a few years now, and I would highly recommend it. The coaches are more than just coaches; they go above and beyond to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. They are highly skilled coaches in their ethos of fight, lift & move. They always find the right movements for individuals within the classes. Whatever the training block is, there is a place for everyone in the class. Always a good vibe in the gym, and the fellow tribe members contribute to that. They are just as welcoming as the coaches.

Anytime Fitness - VIC

J Ayiomamitis Ive been to many gyms in my life and Ben is one of the nicest, most welcoming staff members Ive encountered, especially in Melbourne, where everyone is miserable. Gym equipment was perfectly serviceable, nothing spectacular; a little lacking in lower body equipment and 20kg plates and only one platform to deadlift but there was more than enough for you to get a great workout in. Highlights were the Iso-Lateral Lat Pulldown, Seated Cable Row, Plate-loaded Shoulder Press, and all the Barbells were in good nick plus nice, sturdy cages.
