I recently purchased two beautiful pieces of gold, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with a smile, and made sure I was happy with my choices. Zahia’s customer service was outstanding, she truly made the experience enjoyable . Highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping at Goldmark!

Michael Dwyer Called in today 30th April for adjustment to my silver chain, owner was so helpful and cut to size my chain which sits so nicely around my neck. I went to pay and was on the house. Donna at reception was great too. Recommend this store for beautiful jewellery.

Gloria helped my daughter with an engraved necklace- her grandmother wrote on the tablet- Gloria was lovely as nothing was an issue. Thanks a million x
