From the moment I walked in, Nova showed how much he values customer service - he genuinely took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure I felt looked after. When it came to pricing, his quote was much lower than others I had checked in the area, but the quality of his work was outstanding. I also had some engraving done, and I was so impressed by his neat handwriting - it shows how much pride he takes in his craft. Very genuine and transparent with his dealings. I highly recommend Nova to anyone needing watch or jewellery repairs.

Ashly Hicks Dalida and her team at Vosgi jewellers helped me from the very first consultation in what would have been without Dalida a very anxious experience designing a hand made engagement ring. they were so understanding and helpful in the design, stone selection then COVID hit and lockdown, Dalida was thoughtful and patient throughout and the final product is incredible and loved by my partner.
