To be candid, we initially were about to engage someone else but then when we casually mentioned "Farrell", we were met with great feedback from a competitor:) Their commission-free (if there were commissions transacted, well get refunds) approach is an attribute that we think will best suit our interests so decisions are more independently made. Overall, they are responsive and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend.
