Ash Salter Absolutely love this Pilates studio! The vibe is amazing—super welcoming and positive from the moment you walk in. The space is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. The instructors are fantastic at accommodating all levels, whether youre a beginner or more advanced, and they make sure everyone feels comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the classes are cost-effective compared to many others in the area. Highly recommend!

The brand new studio is absolutely beautiful inside and the classes are run by the same incredibly friendly and welcoming instructors. Tony Lewis I travel interstate for work and use AF clubs when Im away. The Essendon AF is as good as it gets. Its not the biggest AF club but it has more than adequate weights and machines.The club is clean, well kept, great signage and very rarely do I see weights left on the floor. The bathroom facilities are great as are the staff, in particular club manager Brianna. I had some issues when I transferred from another club to Essendon and Brianna solved my queries quickly. Super friendly and excellent customer service skills.

Petra Hansby Core Plus Ascot Vale is very best, I’ve tried multiple Pilates studios in the area but nothing beats this one! Bridie & Ward are so warm and welcoming and it truly feels like one big family. My classes with Greta are my favourite! Thank you to the team for such a beautiful ongoing experience x
