Kaweesha Wijesinghe We came across DX Diamonds last year while shopping for engagement rings. We were specifically looking for 22k gold rings, which DX was able to provide. From the very beginning, DX was incredibly easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the design process. They created exactly what we were looking for, and we were extremely happy with both their service and the quality of their work. We can’t recommend them highly enough. A big shout-out to Laura and Lia for taking such good care of us.

Anndy Edwards Great jewellery, staff not great. Pushy woman started to passive aggressively bully me when I asked her to stop putting necklaces on me. I told her I wasnt shopping for a necklace, yet she continued to put necklaces in front of me. When I asked her (for the third time) to show me only earrings and rings she called me hysterical and laughed in my face. Then she tried to convince my parents to buy the necklace for me! No means no. Please learn to respect your customers. If I hadnt travelled to that Westfield to specifically purchase Magnolia jewellery I would have walked away. Great jewellery, excellent price point. Avoid the South African woman. She left a bad taste in my mouth.

Minami Alex Deguchi Went here a week ago with a tub full of toys for a house clean out. Jake and Angel were incredibly kind and took their time counting all the bits and pieces and giving them a fair price. I had a super pleasant experience, and felt like an incredibly respected customer. A well deserved 5 star. Edit - Went in there again recently, and Brett was also equally awesome, showing it wasnt a one time thing :) Edit again - went in there and brought some batman masks. Alix set up an offer I couldnt refuse. The staff there were hillarious and entertaining, felt like a very warm environment.

Emma Sim I was looking for replacement jewellery, as mine was stolen. Forever Jewellery have a great range of Nominations. I was able to replace most of what I was looking for - my bracelet. Price was good, easy to use website, my order was packed very well and was delivered quickly. Great customer service. I have purchased from them twice now. Highly recommend.
