We did a bit of shopping around before we popped into this jeweller and definitely appreciated how straightforward and simple the process was. I had a few inspo pics, John sketched the design on the spot and a few days later provided a selection of diamonds for us to choose from. He was also very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. The ring was ready to be picked up after just a few weeks. No upselling and a fair price!
