5 /5 Nicholas Hadaway: Just had my second watch I inherited from my Grandfather, serviced and repaired. Both from late 50s early 60s. Glen did a fantastic job on them both. The Omega was easier but the Lator was broken and required parts. Glen found the parts fixed it polished it and it is running again 60 years from when it was built. Just amazing service.

They were able to quickly and professionally unscrew it and even replaced the straps for me. The service was top-notch—efficient, reasonably priced, and handled with great care. Michael Hill Hillside Jewelry Store - VIC

Ben Bielert I went into Michael Hill Hillside today to buy a present for my lovely wife. I had some idea what I wanted but also needed a bit of guidance. I was positively blessed to encounter Wendy and a lovely young lady who was on her first day but also fantastic (didnt catch her name, sadly). Between the two of them, I came away with some very nice gifts and never felt pressured but simply assisted in one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. This right here is why shopping in person is better than online. The personal interaction, suggestions, enjoyable conversation, and overall experience were fantastic. I cant wait for my wife to open her presents. Great experience, I will gladly return and direct others to shop here.
