Ellie I had such a great experience at APM Monaco in Sydney Chatswood! I couldn’t find my receipt, but the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly located it for me. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that. The whole process was smooth and quicker than I expected. The team kept me updated with a call and a text to make sure I didn’t forget to pick up my ring. It’s always a pleasure visiting this store—the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be happy to shop here again!

Julie Humphries Mirna was amazing. Not pushy at all but could see I was very keen on two rings. I felt very comfortable and appreciated her understanding. My husband and I went back to the store the following day to buy the perfect ring. Unfortunately Mirna wasn’t there at the time but Kevin and the ladies were just as helpful.
