Strike Studio - VIC

Michael Jones Such an amazing gym! I have trained combat sports at a few gyms but never have I felt so welcomed. Not just the staff but the members are all super supportive and friendly. Niceties aside the training and coaches are top notch for what ever stage in your Muay Thai journey you are in. Absolute premium for technique and respect for the sport. Only leaving out of circumstances out of my control and I wish strike and the fight team the best of Luck. 10/10

Kit Mather Impressively experienced and supportive coaches dedicated to encouraging you to achieve your goals (or inspire you to just to get through the sessions!) all of which are challenging, modifiable and accessible to all ages and abilities. 4 of my family are members (from 3 generations) highly recommend Wal and his team to anyone who wants to increase strength, fitness, flexibility or learn gymnastics skills and powerlifting techniques.
