Angie Sabo Mary is a very experienced Pilates instructor who encourages everyone to do their best. She takes great care to accomodate all her students’ needs.Her sessions are always varied and interesting and provide a full body workout. I have been attending for several weeks and have benefited greatly from her sessions. Now I can keep up with my 5 year old grandchildren! Highly recommend her services !

Sarah Ellis I really enjoy Kath’s morning sessions at Willoughby netball courts. A great crew of ladies in a safe environment. Dane Marks I did a pre sign up believing were opening in Feb. They dragged me along for months with promises of an opening date before I decided Id go elsewhere. Now 6 months later theyve decided to randomly deduct money from my account on 2 separate occasions. Edit: I didnt have time to get to the bank so its 3 times now theyve taken money and then sent me a happy birthday email haha Gross human beings

Emma Mincher Just finished my 4th reformer pilates for the week. Im catching up to my 500th class. Feeling soo strong. I love the family friendly sessions. Looking forward to trying out a mat pilates class. Hayley, Rhi, Mia and Bri are amazing. Their attention to detail and form during each class has been great for my back and general body care. I always leave feeling strong and like Ive achieved something. I was lucky to continue my sessions throughout my pregnancy, and just altered the exercise to suit what my body could do. I even did a class the day my bubs was born. My labour was smooth and controlled.
