When it came to pricing, his quote was much lower than others I had checked in the area, but the quality of his work was outstanding. I also had some engraving done, and I was so impressed by his neat handwriting - it shows how much pride he takes in his craft. Very genuine and transparent with his dealings. Pimmmyful Plenty of jewelry shops in Sydney, but none compare to the exceptiona l customer service at this one! The designsre truly stunning and the quality is top-notch. What really stands out is how they treat their customers even after the sale. I accidentally damaged some of my jewelry with chemicals, and they handled everything so compassionately. They took wonderful care of my pieces, and they came back beautiful and shiny as the day I first bought them! I’m so grateful for their support!
