2 /5 Kirsty Thompson: Ordered a voucher online, and received an email advising the order was confirmed, then nothing…. I messaged through Shop app after about 1 week and was told the voucher was sent online. There was no voucher received. I sent 4-5 messages asking for assistance or a phone call and received nothing. Also tried to call shop telephone number and got no answer and MessageBank was full. Finally was able to make contact with someone through a friend, who then sorted it out promptly.
Not sure what I would have done if I didn’t know someone who knew someone that worked there. Very disappointing experience… was a very late gift for a 21st birthday.
