Christineh Grigorian This is by far the best gym Ive ever been a part of. I started when I was looking for boxing/MMA in the area and I got hooked on everything they offer. VTT is a unique place - the trainers are extremely experienced, super lovely and down to earth and on the other side the members are like family. They actually make you look forward to going into the gym! I started with a month long membership, and 7 months on Im still there. Never in all my years of playing sport and training in gyms have I ever had results like Ive had these past 7 months - weight loss, fitness, strength and mindset. I pretty much cracked through an 8 year plateau and prior injury impediments in the first 3 months! Cant recommend these guys enough. They are a gem in the Ryde community and Im grateful (beyond words) for VTT!

KX Pilates Mornington - VIC

Narelle Young KX is such an amazing workout. 50 minutes flies by and all of the trainers at Mornington are awesome. They push you to work your hardest and are always there to guide you. The studio is gorgeous and I honestly recommend both KX Frankston and Mornington to everyone locally!

BFT Watsonia - VIC

Kathryn I’ve been a member at BFT for a year now and absolutely love it! One of the best parts is being able to move between studios—it’s super convenient—but Watsonia is by far my favourite. The trainers are all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I love the variety in the workouts—every session feels different and keeps things interesting. It’s such a great environment to train in, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated!

Glacier Fitness - VIC

Alana Wright Glacier fitness is hands-down the most welcoming and supportive gym I’ve ever been part of. Every visit feels like catching up with your girl friends, and the community here is incredible—women of all ages from all different backgrounds come together, creating such an inclusive and uplifting environment. One of the best parts is how family-friendly it is. Kids are welcome, which has been a game-changer for me as a mum. Beyond that, the gym has been a huge help for my mental health, offering a space to relieve anxiety and feel genuinely cared for. A big shoutout to Laura, who is not only a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer but also incredibly cool and easy to get along with. After having children, she helped me address my ab separation and more recently went above and beyond by adjusting all the group workouts to accommodate my broken ankle. Her personalized support and positive attitude have been such a blessing. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a second home, with expert guidance and a truly welcoming vibe, this is the place for you!
