The responded immediately to my enquiry via the "contact us" tab on the website and went out of their way to accommodate my request. They even sent follow-up emails to ensure all my requests were actioned. Their jewellery is always received within a very short time frame, well packaged and looking better than expected. This is why they have earned every single star in this 5 star rating.
