Trudi has been very helpful in treating numbness in my lower legs and feet . Her knowledge and skill as both a Bowen Therapist and Physical Coach have improved my condition. Apart from her thorough treatment, Trudi has taught and coached me to be to exercise and stretch properly , so as to be able to help improve my condition myself between visits , thus speeding up my recovery. I would highly recommend her .

Trudi gives nice simple exercises that help strengthen those weak areas and has a lovely gentle touch. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with aches and pains.
