Not only does she prioritise the studio experience, but she also has a deep understanding of anatomy and a commitment to continuous learning. I can confidently refer clients and patients to her, knowing that they will receive expert care to help their bodies heal and become stronger. Personally, I love pilates, and knowing that Laura is a FRC Mobility Specialist makes her experience even more amazing.

Jiet Thack Was a gym goer here for many years. Since around August machines were broken not fixed cardio machines broken not fixed. No pins in any of the machines either stolen or just not replaced. Alot of things out of order. No soap in toilets. Because of the cheap deals. Now the gym is over crowded with 30% of the gym not working. To many kids standing around not doing anything, to many people recording with tripods set up everywhere used to love this place but its more of a social gathering then a training gym now. Literally what am I paying for? Revo has just opened which is alot quieter during peak hours and is alot better for me personally 70% of their people all came from derrimut which i have spoke to all having the same issues. So I have canceled my membership, which i still have to pay for for another month before fully canceled? Ridiculous! If nothing is done about these issues I think alot of people will leave as alot of people are unhappy about these conditions.

There is a variety of group classes on offer and those you train beside constantly build you up, promoting a supportive community of people who want to live a healthy lifestyle and have a laugh alongside others while doing so.

Charlotte Haycock Katie was a fantastic physio - thorough in her questioning and examination of a very sore quad muscle issue, excellent immediate therapy applied, and logical steps to recovery given. She was polite, friendly, and professional.
