He approaches sessions from a goal-oriented perspective but also supported me to evaluate, reflect on and revise my priorities around fitness, diet, and lifestyle. He conducts his training in a manner that feels like a partnership. Raj walks the walk and when you look at him, its obvious that he adheres religiously to his philosophy around health, fitness and training. Raj has exceptional technical knowledge, pays microscopic attention to detail, really listens to you, and delivers all this through his gentle, personable and positive nature. I sustained an injury from sports and Raj was able to continue to train me effectively during my recovery period. He showed remarkable expertise in developing a balanced training program that allowed me to maintain progress even while recovering. I would recommend Raj highly to absolutely anyone.
