It’s been about over a couple weeks now and I’m still obsessed! They are healing so perfectly and she walked me through the placement perfectly as I am quite the perfectionist! Good price and perfect experience!

The Lovisa near boost was really helpful. The employees were transparent that they werent specialised in flat backs but they still helped me put a new peircing in and were so kind and thoughtful. If you ever have a peircing problem I would recommend them!

1 /5 Erica Mifsud: Went to the downstairs lovisa to go my friends seconds priced, lovey customer service but the pricing was in the completely WRONG PLACE. Right side is perfect but the left side is way too close to her firsts, she now can’t wear her firsts as her second is in the way. I could’ve done a better job with my eyes shut tbh. She now has to take it out and wait to get it done again

1 /5 Renee-Louise Noyaux-Riant: Please dont get your piercings here, especially on the upper ear. Not only did the piercer not pierce in the correct area she marked, mine got so infected after a week. After the doctors visit, they said it was most likely because they used the same sharpie on other customers which then gets pierced through the skin. It got so swollen at the point the skin was so tight around the piercing, the nurse used tongs to remove it as the doctor was puncturing the skin in order to create a bit more room. Im currently on antibiotics.

Sportsgirl Chadstone - VIC

Christy M Big compliment for Jess who assisted with my shopping experience on 01/06. I have never come across staff who went all out for a customer at Sportsgirl probably because most of the time I went at peak hours. Jess offered to assist with steam ironing the size 6 of the top she got from the storeroom as there was none on display. Little did she know that it has definitely made my day as I needed that top for that night and had only few hours to get ready for the event that night. Jess was just the angel sent! Her exceptional customer service has definitely upped my shopping experience with Sportsgirl and my perception of Sportsgirl moving forward.
