I am very scard before the piercing but she gave me very motivation sport i done with very Less pain. She has Kindfull nature . Way of taking very amazing. Very helpful . Highly recommend . 5 /5 Chantelle Cooper: Just want to express my gratitude and thanks to the wonderful sales assistant at the Glen Waverley store. The customer service for my daughter was beyond exceptional- she had a recent Louvisa purchase stolen, one earring ruined the set, so the assistant (my bad I forgot her name) went and hinted the data base and searched through 3 vags to find the item. This treatment was also received at the knox store(the assistant also hunted for these earrings) I cannot thank you both for such rare, excellent customer service. 5 /5 Ney T: My sister and I went in to get our ears pierced. There was a lovely girl by the name of Ritcha(apologies if I spelt her name wrong). The store was busy and she was amazing at accommodating both of us and the other customers at the same time. She pierced both our ears so well and her customer service was amazing. We highly recommend her for your piercings and a job well done. We had an amazing experience. Will be returning

1 /5 Harman Tung: I want to share my worst experience there. I got piercing from a lady named LAUREN. She was showing an attitude for providing service. She was not careful while piercing and she was full of attitude, not giving smiles to others and seems not interested in her job.

2 /5 Masud Ibn Rahman: Did ear piercing of my daughter. It was a below average service. I asked the lady to do two ears together. She did it one after another. My daughter got little infection they just said, see the doctor. The tip of the ring fell off because the product given was not standard. Not happy at all. I dont recommend this place.
