1 /5 AP G: As an international visitor, this place gets 0 for customer service. Refused to exchange poor quality/damaged item. The manager was the worst part of my experience. She gave me a ridiculous explanation as to why she can not replace earrings that are poorly designed and will break if got caught in my hair while wearing. As predicted, earring broke as soon as i tried to remove it from the package, basically paide 30$ for 1 earring. Overall, I would not recommend this store, and if you do shop, please make sure your product wont break by the time you get home.
