Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.

From initial consultation through to fitting and then picking up the ring my experience with Simon and Rachael was excellent. The ring looks amazing, I was kept in the loop with calls and texts, it was delivered on time and slightly under the estimated price. Great work
