1 /5 Kai Zam: Seems like the staff in that Lovisa was more interested in talking with their colleagues than serving customers. They can’t be bothered with their work. Whenever we buy items from Lovisa (different branches) they always pack our items separately so that it won’t get tangled with our other purchases. But with them they just dump everything in one paper which could easily break or damage our purchases. When my partner asked for another paper, the staff just asked, “how many” and “is this enough??” with an attitude. If you don’t want to work, don’t come to work. Simple! Overall, I guess they need more training on how to pack jewelries since jewelries are very fragile and yes, customer service training.

1 /5 Blue Rose: Lovisa use to be my favourite place to buy jewellery.no matter which store you go girls always welcome you and talk to you and ask if you need help. But today I went to southern cross store couple of INDIAN girls standing behind counter, none of the customers were existing to them. Went to counter to pay for my things, both of them were rude as anything music was loud like you have entered into a club.they don’t even ask for a bag if I need one. Lovisa, your staff need some training specially INDIAN ons.
