1 /5 L JP: Went to visit the Pakington Street Store yesterday. Underwhelming. The charm bar in the middle of the store was messy and the charms (especially the dice) were already tarnished as were other charms around them. Wasnt greeted, but the girls who entered after me (no doubt more than target audience) were gushed over. Was pretty evident who they are looking for in their store. Given the state of the charms wouldnt purchase for the price. Lovely concept (seen across Italy), but the quality is missing greatly against the price asked.

The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was warm and genuine, and the overall vibe made it such a memorable experience. I wear the jewellery every single day it’s not only stunning but also so special to me. You can really feel the care and passion that goes into everything they do. I left feeling inspired and so grateful already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an unforgettable experience!

2 /5 Jess Buick: I loved the look of the jewellery so I bought a sliver necklace and bracelet. They both tarnished straight away so I reached out to the company via instagram where they ghosted me. The clasps are horrible and my bracelet kept falling off till the point that it fell off while I was out and I was never able to find it again. Very upset
