Her instruction through the entire class was perfect - I could follow all of the moves! I left her class feeling so invigorated! Thank-you Kylie!

They have a variety of yoga classes, based on authentic practices, whilst constantly Innovating and keeping with modern practices. It’s truly amazing how Informative and knowledgeable Kylie is. The strength, nurturing and understanding that I have received whilst practising here has far outreached my expectations of yoga. All whilst practising in beautifully clean, warm nurturing surroundings. Definitely worth joining! Fantastic!!
