5 /5 Sara Waqas: Ive read the reviews and have to disagree about Cate, she has been nothing but supportive, helpful and is always prompt to reply to any of my questions via email. This is our first time buying a property and if for some reason we buy in the future, I will definitely use Cate and recommend her to others.

1 /5 Courtney Anstee: I have read all the reviews and ant least feel vindicated in my assessment of Cate Morgan and her complete lack of diplomacy and manners.Considering the reviews how do they stay in business? She represents someone I am attempting to do business with and as I am using a third party to communicate her dismissive attitude is even more atrocious. If not for privacy reasons I would post her responses to give an example. They get one star because eventually they respond to emails!!!

1 /5 Stuart Courtier: Cate is the rudest (so called) contact professional I have ever experienced in my life. Unable to accept simple instructions, then carry them out. Passive aggressive - and putting the blame back on client for her own lack of professionalism. A simple matter (it would seem) - and says its her clients fault - Ive never come across anyone so rude on the phone - talking over you, wont listen to her paying clients view points, and hangs up when you ask her to listen. Quite unbelievable - I should have checked out previous reviews here before contracting her services. She didnt keep me informed of changes in settlement - would never recommend this service due to the extremely poor customer service provided by Cate Morgan. She made simple mistakes and was unable to acknowledge her role in their occurrence. Her written prose is full of grammatical errors leading to more confusion and then blames her clients for not understanding the underlying meaning. Strongly recommend avoiding this service - and in particular Cate Morgan for her extremely poor written and phone communication.

5 /5 Belinda: I have been working with Cate for over 15 years for a number of real-estate transactions and find she is the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and on the ball. She is direct but honest and friendly and the one you want on your side if there is any issues with the transaction. 10/10!
