Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.

The cross itself is absolutely beautiful—very detailed, high-quality craftsmanship, and exactly what I was looking for in a meaningful piece of jewellery. What really stood out was the customer service. When I received the cross, I realised it didn’t quite fit my chain. I reached out to Holy Grace, and they responded quickly and professionally. They were incredibly helpful and had the issue sorted without any fuss. They made the necessary adjustment, and now it fits perfectly. Overall, both the product and the service were excellent. I highly recommend Holy Grace to anyone looking for well-made religious jewellery and genuine customer care. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future

Nicole Ng Went there today and found something nice for myself. There is a line to go in but it was not very obvious and a lot of customers walked in and didn’t know there was a line within the store. Maybe there should be a sign outside of the store directing people to line up at the start. The lady serving me was nice and understood what I was looking for. She even helped me tried the charms on another sales assistant’s bracelet. Sales was great but not a huge selection.
