1 /5 Adrian Cropley: Please dont use this firm at all. Like the last review, they only want to charge as much as possible. I called this firm on behalf of a grieving widow who had lost her husband tragically. The receptionist informed me she would get the partner to contact me, which he did, and then I called back the same day to organise a meeting with the widow and the lawyer. The Lawyer then provided a cost agreement after our meeting three days later. Yet when the invoice arrived, they had charged an amount for the initial phone calls x2. I was not informed that calling the firm to notify of a deceased person or set up a meeting would be charged to the widow. It is an unacceptable practice, and no time-based business charges to engage their services in the first place. You can go to a lawyer who does not charge you for engaging in their services.
