Mr. Varn, took the necklace in his hand and just fixed it then and there within seconds! He is an awesome gentleman who has big heart! I would 100% recommend anyone struggling/unsure with jewelry repairs to give this place a go! You will definitely be surprised to find that even in today’s world there are genuine and skilled shopkeepers!!

SOSEviltwin Great workshop for beginners to learn ring making! Attended a class with my partner on the weekend and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The workshop was very clean, tidy and well equipped. We were given a detailed explanation of our workshop agenda and very clear instructions on what to do at each step. Due to the small sizes of the class too, we were able to get help if we struggled on anything. Although it was a 6 hours course we felt the time flew by really quickly and didnt drag on at any point. I was really pleased with the explanations and instructions as it helped with my understanding what were doing and I learned some great skills along the way. A extra special thanks to our instructor Emily who stayed back on the day and made sure everyone left with a ring they were satisfied with. It truly made the class special for myself and my partner.

Ree Joyce Took my near 18 year old son to get a nice ring for his 18th birthday. We went from jewellery shop to jewellery shop. At Prouds Erina, we were served by Tatiana. What a gem of a staff member. She had her finger on the pulse as soon as we described what my son liked. We walked away with 2 rings, casual and dress ring. Thankyou Tatiana, your service was certainly the best at Erina.

Wanga I had my links removed from my watch by John. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on the watch, and taught me a lot since I am new to divers. When I came back for a readjustment he was more than happy to serve me.
