5 /5 Kimi singh: Elaine is so lovely , I initially dealt with Ana ,she was amazing as well ,but I went to pick one of the rings and was greeted by Elaine . This diamond ring was just to make myself feel better during a very tough phase of my mental health and life . I went to collect the ring and just wanted to pair it with another one . I have never made such a purchase for myself and this was the first time . Having a conversation with Elaine felt like an elder sister convo , I don’t have family here and it rare when someone is so warm and loving and passionate about their Job . I just wanted to buy another ring for the way I was dealt with . Such a beautiful human being and very professional with her work and communication. All 5 stars to her . This store people are really amazing and very transparent with the policies. Can’t wait to pick up my other ring soon . I feel like a goddess after this diamond ring .

Anna was absolutely amazing, her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine passion for what she does made the whole experience so enjoyable. She took her time explaining everything and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Anna!

1 /5 Alana: My partner purchased my engagement ring with the extra warranty 6+ months ago and now needing to be resized before proposing as I’ve lost weight. I got resized at Michael Hill Northlands. He was told he can’t get it resized and told him to tell me to wear a Band-Aid under the ring so it fits. The lady also said when he proposes I can came in to get it resized myself. Excuse me? Our extra warranty covers resizing and who wants to give away their new engagement ring to get resized straight away because it’s too big. Super unprofessional and horrible after purchase care considering how much we have spent at Michael Hill. This experience has taken the magic and mystery out of this whole proposal process that hasn’t even happened yet. Do better.
