1 /5 Melb PBuses: I should of looked more closely at the reviews.One thinks that with a big named storeyou would be treated with utmost professionalism, not here. I Rang to get a price on a specific ring, Frederick assumed already that i was going to purchase from them!! as he kept on asking despite my question what was my Budget. I got tired of asking him for their best price on one specific ring to no avail. Im not into these types of poor sales tactics. If they are selling products and they cant give you a answer then there not for me. As the others say Definitely not this store.

1 /5 Liz Vargiu: Was looked up and down and judged. Obviously didnt look rich enough to buy their jewellery. Wouldnt even serve me. Told me to try Beviles instead. So went to Holdsworth Bros jewlers. Amazing service, Amazing friendly staff. I will NEVER set foot in Michael Hills again. If I could give zero stars I would!

1 /5 bawihnem sung49: Went in there to look for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring ..Worst experience I have ever encountered at this store. as a newly engaged I was judged on my ring that I had on. he said to me that my ring is a “dress up” ring and insulted my partner who wasn’t there to defend himself , saying he doesn’t know anything and just got the first thing he saw . Asked me about the price of my ring and if I had the certificate (which by the way is hugely inappropriate ) of my ring. he also pulled one of he’s rings and compared it to mine and said see the difference ? .. it was very rude and degrading I will never step foot in that store again . He’s energy and vibe was all around rude. tall man dark hair did not get his name . I should be enjoying been freshly engaged instead he has made me feel very insecure . I just went there to look for my wedding band I didn’t need he’s judgment. I was very patient and polite and I did not say anything . but he left me feeling very low and said I should go and look where I bought the engagement ring from . when he asked which store I told him Prouds he proceeded by insulting that store also . I don’t want him to do this anyone else .

5 /5 Y K: Great staff. Helpful, attentive, patient, personable. My fiancée bought my engagement ring here, we have also ordered our weddings rings and had my engagement resized. Reasonably priced, stunning, great job on my resize.
