5 /5 Emma Jones: Looking for a lost wallet, i snapped the shank of a most cherished ring. It was a present so I had no idea it had been purchased at Michael Hill. I rushed in, flustered and upset. Sharon spotted that even though it was from an older collection, it was indeed a Michael Hill ring. I mean, this ring was bought at least 3yrs ago and Sharon recognised it as one of theirs. From there, Sharon and Sarah made the quoting process a breeze, a call came through just 2 days later and Viola! Crisis averted. Sharon and Sarah... thank you very much for your effort and help.

1 /5 AC: old lady with blinding pink lipstick working today appalling service. My partner and I came to LOOK at engagement rings to simply compare carats and ring shapes, this lady obviously didnt take us seriously. Asked my partner for a price budget when I was standing right there. Where is the service?? in the dunny it seems. Do not go to this overpriced store for any serious engagement ring shopping absolutely ruined my shopping experience and left me embarrassed as my partner did not even want to talk to her.
