1 /5 Jules: I brought my daughter a small pair of gold hoop earrings from here in Nov 2024. 3 months later, one of the earings, the loop where the pin attaches snapped in half. I took it back and got another pair half price. 3 months later the same thing happened on one of them. I took them back and they said they didnt have another pair. I told them I didnt want another pair, I brought 2 already and they were both faulty. The manager told me there was nothing they could do, they couldnt refund me because they were damaged. I said theyre damaged from a fault not because we stepped on them. Theyre earrings that never come out. She said she couldnt help me. I thought there would be better quality and better service from Michael Hill but I was disappointed. I wont be going back there again.

The male staff member was so helpful and informative, even though I didnt get what I needed yesterday from the store, he gave me a referral to get this service locally. So Ill be back to your Plenty Valley store when its time to purchase gifts! Thank you so much
