5 /5 Basicallykristy: My partner and I went into Michael Hill Chadstone just to browse for a birthday gift, we were immediately greeted and asked how they could help, a few minutes later we were seen by the beautiful and amazing Maddy! She was so incredibly helpful and listened to all my preferences and ideas on what type of ring I was looking for, she pointed me in the right direction and was so helpful in finding out additional information about the rings I was looking at. She even helped us by guiding us with ring sizing and since we were visiting from Adelaide she gave us ideas on where we should visit while we’re in Melbourne! She was so lovely and we had a great conversation with her and I just can’t recommend her enough! If only we lived in Melbourne I would be there to see Maddy with any jewellery purchases I need.

Maddy helped us with our three rings, and was super lovely and helpful! All our documents were messed up and she re-organised them for us so they’re neater next time we come in. She was also really lovely to chat with!

Maddie G I have been to SkinKandy Warringah many many times since they’ve opened (even took advantage of their BOGO free piercings on their opening weekend back in 2017!) and the service I receive never fails to disappoint. This evening I was served by one of your amazing staff members (didn’t grab their name but they had awesome purple hair!), who was very kind in helping me get some teeny tiny jewellery back into some hard to reach piercings.
