5 /5 Samantha Dossett: Amazing customer service! Came from Prouds empty handed due to terrible customer service and ended up spending quite a bit at Michael Hill. I didn’t really care about the price as the wonderful woman who served me could have sold me anything. She grabbed my attention and offered her assistance within seconds of me walking into the store. We chatted and joked, she gave me her opinion and I was sold. Such a pleasant experience.

4 /5 Scarlett Vanderbyl: Overall service was very good and the workers were quite helpful for my engagement ring. Only problem was that I found the perfect ring but I was wanting a bigger diamond as I’ve known for a long time that I wanted a 2.5 carat diamond but when I asked to see a bigger one, they didn’t have it. That was fine and I was going to look somewhere else but then the worker was adamant that I didn’t need a diamond any bigger than the one she was showing me I was clearly unsure but she was very persuasive so I ended up just agreeing. Now I have a ring that is very beautiful but a whole carat smaller than I wanted. My partner feels very and wants to buy me a new ring in a few years. But I just wish I got the one I wanted and wasn’t persuaded that the 1.5 carat was what I wanted.

1 /5 Karen Blacklaws: Bad news. The manager was more interested in drinking her coffee then to speak to me. Tried on a $12,000 necklace and asked if she could do better on the price. It was like pulling teeth till she said it was on sale till Xmas $8,000. She was trying to rip me off! Will never shop there again!!
