CorePlus Essendon - Pilates Yoga Reformer - VIC

Sasha This is the BEST CorePlus location I have been to! I come here weekly; the classes are 10/10! The only small downside is the instructors dont really give corrections; today I noticed someone working out near me, and she had incorrect form that looked like it could lead to a back injury, and the instructor never helped her. I know the class is fully packed and its impossible to get to everyone; however, in cases like these where it seemed dangerous, it would be nice if they noticed so beginners could get the most out of the class and not have issues down the line.

Mary Masters I’ve been coming to BFT for a few years now and still love it. The variety in classes keeps things interesting, the trainers are always supportive and motivating, and the community vibe makes a huge difference. Great local people and a really welcoming atmosphere – highly recommend!

At pronto they offer easy or hard options on the virtual screen and alternative options + you don’t feel pressure to keep up with everyone else. I’ve been 3 times and can’t wait for the next one! Clean, fresh, fuss free Pilates and a fantastic workout every time!

Andy Sawa I’ve been at CrossFit Craigieburn here for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well the coaches adapt workouts to suit different fitness levels and injuries. They’re extremely knowledgeable and always make sure movements are safe but still challenging. Even with my injury, I’ve been able to keep training consistently without aggravating it — they always find smart modifications that still give me a great workout. The support, attention to form, and community atmosphere make it easy to stay motivated and confident. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym that truly understands how to work around injuries while helping you build strength and fitness, this is the place to go.
