Hai Nguyen Excellent park with a variety of play equipment. Very cool water play area, a skatepark, bbq and dining area, and well maintained green open areas. Local residents are very lucky to have this in front of their place. Always a good time.

Im in my 60s and have been training with Demi for over 2 years. She is very accommodating and modifies exercises to suit where needed. I have been doing the online classes every day while in lock down and looking forward to when bootcamps come back. I would highly recommend this PT business no matter what your goal may be.
