Naomi Fink When I started Whitney’s MUMM FITT postpartum program I was so nervous to return to the gym and juggle fitness and a baby. I immediately felt at ease when I started the program and have loved the positive impact it’s had on my physical, mental and social emotional well-being. I’ve enjoyed it so much I’m still training with Whitney and other mums months later. Whitney makes it so fun, bub friendly and goes above and beyond to be accomodating and personalise the workouts for everyone. She’s amazing!
