Moreau Joe (Jomo) i’ve been a member for several months and I couldn’t be happier with this gym. Compared to the ones I’ve belonged to in the past this one is the one you want to belong to. I’m there every day because it’s so easy to get there at any time. The staff are helpful but unobtrusive. The equipment has recently been upgraded and there’s plenty to choose from make this your local gym. It’s good.

Serious Fitness - VIC

Leahs Take Had my first face-to-face personal training session with Bruce after only doing online coaching in the past. The difference is huge — in-person is so much better. Even though I’ve done weight training before, Bruce was able to correct my form and show me the right way to train. Highly recommended!
