1 /5 Felicity Campanaro: Terrible customer service. Sad, unhappy staff with zero personality or energy. Cannot answer basic questions. Such a sad and depressing store to be in. Staff look and sound miserable. Had to ask for a tray so we could look at options. No service offered such as ‘let me show you …’ had to ask for every little step

1 /5 AAY: My wife went to the Doncaster pandora store to have her bracelet, ring and charms polished and cleaned. She was advised to come after 2 days to collect them. We went back after 2 days as per advice and was served by a staff who was clearly untrained. When we collected the jewelry it was either unprocessed or cleaned very poorly. When questioning the staff he had the audacity to put the blame on my wife that she didn’t store her jewelry and it’s so badly tarnished that it couldn’t be cleaned. He even referenced his mother who supposedly wore pandora jewelry for 20 years and never seen something so beyond cleaning. Long story short I insisted this staff put the bracelet in the cleaning machine just to satisfy that it has been processed. To his credit he was happy to and surprise surprise the bracelet came out actually clean. To Pandora, please train your staff, he was preferring to accept the quality of your product as subpar than offer assistance and check that cleaning actually took place.

2 /5 zhang Sophie: Had an unhappy shopping experience in this store. I purchased a necklace for my daughter but she doesn’t like it and we want to exchange for another one. Then we realized it’s on Black Friday sale and the necklace we purchased last day is 20% off now. We asked for return and plan to repurchase one. A girl in the store said it’s not acceptable for return and repurchase. Then I said ok just return and I can go purchase another one in another store. Then the girl said their store manager is sick this week and she needs her managers approve for the return. ??? I mean I don’t think I need to wait for your manager’s holiday back and approve my return? Then I go to the shop again in the afternoon and ask another girl for help. The return gets done in a minute. ??? The previous girl just look at me and said nothing.
