Pandora Knox - Wantirna South (VIC)

1 /5 preethi martin: I had a rude experience at the Knox store. I visited 3/5 waited in the queue and my daughter was just looking around. The rude older lady with glasses told her off . This was not required at all she did not touch anything was only looking whilst we were waiting in the queue. She could have said it nicely . The customer service is appalling. I was so angry . This is now how staff should be treating customers. Totally not going there anymore !! and Pandora should be teaching their staff how to treat customers kindly

5 /5 Rose Hoare: I had a look at Pandora Knox, it is small but they have everything you want. The staff are very friendly , helpful and patient. I asked if I could try on a bangle because I didn’t know what my size was and she let me try on different sizes and showed me different options . Highly recommended .

5 /5 Daniel Scholte: When in with a friend she was doing her thing. I was left in peace at the back of the store as I wanted to be. I approached the counter then was asked if I wanted something in a very quick time with a very nice smile. Being a guy in this store I was very pleased with the service.

1 /5 Emma Ginsberg: I had no issue with the Knox store at the start, as they happily did my exchange with a receipt and ordered me in my size, no problem at all. I waited 2 whole months for this ring and when I finally went to pick it up I had an older lady with a horrible attitude, she was rolling her eyes and seemed like she couldn’t care less. She asked for a receipt where I said I was not told I would need that again, I am just here to pick it up I have already done my exchange. She was so rude and refused me to take my ring that I have been waiting months for. I said I have an account so she huffed and searched me up. Then walked away and spoke to another older lady who yelled and said absolutely not. She then came back with a whole different issue telling me I can’t collect my ring at all because I didnt purchase it at that store, and needed to go all the way back to chadstone. I know the pandora policy and I know that shouldn’t matter. I complained and said I have waited months for this and I was never told this was an issue what has changed? She basically said it’s too bad and she refuses to give me my ring because they are a franchise and can do whatever they like. If I knew this from the very start I would not have an issue. The fact she changed her reason for not giving me my ring multiple times was very wrong. But she was so rude and not helpful one bit. Would not recommend the Knox store, definitely head to the chadstone ones instead!
