1 /5 Emma Ginsberg: I had no issue with the Knox store at the start, as they happily did my exchange with a receipt and ordered me in my size, no problem at all. I waited 2 whole months for this ring and when I finally went to pick it up I had an older lady with a horrible attitude, she was rolling her eyes and seemed like she couldn’t care less. She asked for a receipt where I said I was not told I would need that again, I am just here to pick it up I have already done my exchange. She was so rude and refused me to take my ring that I have been waiting months for. I said I have an account so she huffed and searched me up. Then walked away and spoke to another older lady who yelled and said absolutely not. She then came back with a whole different issue telling me I can’t collect my ring at all because I didnt purchase it at that store, and needed to go all the way back to chadstone. I know the pandora policy and I know that shouldn’t matter. I complained and said I have waited months for this and I was never told this was an issue what has changed? She basically said it’s too bad and she refuses to give me my ring because they are a franchise and can do whatever they like. If I knew this from the very start I would not have an issue. The fact she changed her reason for not giving me my ring multiple times was very wrong. But she was so rude and not helpful one bit. Would not recommend the Knox store, definitely head to the chadstone ones instead!
