He sourced two white sapphires to compliment it and designed and made my dream ring for my partner and I. Beautiful work, fantastic price and such a brilliant experience. Cannot recommend enough!!

I was in the process of looking for a trilogy ring of 2crt tdw, but unfortunately before I had been able to get a foot in the door a lady that was the only person there slammed the front door on me and my son. I was just handing him my dog lead when she came out and shoo off. Because of this ladys rudeness the store miss out on a grand sale of which I have now purchased and it is being made by a diamond dealer. You should NEVER judge people for how they look. Customer service is just that and without customers you dont have a business.

They interpreted my brief perfectly and whilst overseas their communication was prompt and detailed which made for a seamless and easy experience. Once they were back in Australia they both helped me design the other elements of the engagement ring. Their knowledge and design experience was everything and more!
