5 /5 Hannah Rankin: Long-time fan of Prahran Strength and the amazing team there. I’ve been training here pre-baby, during pregnancy, and now post-baby. It’s the only gym where I’ve felt truly empowered, safe, and supported every step of the way. Plus having the option to bring a baby or dog along with me makes scheduling training each week so much more doable.
Alan and his team have created something pretty magic, a space where any gym anxiety I had has faded and you really become a part of the community. It’s not your standard gym, it’s a place where like-minded people come together to lift heavy things, pat dogs, and have a good yap.
Even after moving away from Prahran, I still travel back to train here because I can’t imagine training anywhere else.
Special shoutout to Tegan, who I’m currently training with. Her energy, programming, and support make every session something I genuinely look forward to. Thanks to her, I feel stronger and more capable than ever.
Couldn’t recommend Prahran Strength highly enough.
