1 /5 Samirah El nasheera: Went in looking for a ring and obviously looked at the specials 2 rings were on sale from $1799 to $899 these rings were side by side. The sales lady Morgan saw me eyeing off the round one when I looked left and looked back the half price sales tag was removed from the round one? Apparently the sale price ended the exact moment I looked at that particular half price ring! Listen up Directors I am a director get mature aged staff who know professional customer relations

2 /5 Ymran Abazi: I spend a lot of money at Prouds and generally get really great service but tonight we were literally made to feel so unwelcome like we were crashing a party we werent invited to. I asked one staff member for a particular style ring I wanted and was told I wasnt going to find what I was looking for in an abrupt manner. My husband then found it and someelse came to let me try it on. It fit so I said we would take it. Go to pay and the other one said can you move because someone obviously more important was about to pay. So disappointing. If my husband wasnt keen on buying me something I would have walked out. Needless to say I think Ill find another place to shop from now on.

5 /5 Pav: All 5 stars to the lovely young lady who told me she was Lebanese. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, she knew exactly what I was looking for as she has great knowledge of their products and went above and bend. I returned to the store 1 month later and she remembered me and items i wanted to purchase. She is a ✨️ all purchases that I have made were because of her .
