5 /5 kayla webb: Cannot recommend enough, especially Caroline! She was not only patient but so kind and helpful even with the Black Friday Weekend Craziness. I went in for one thing but left with 7, she made the whole experience great. Much better than any other proud store I have been to.

1 /5 Tui Atkins: Pakenham prouds store, the assistant staff are polite wonderful wecoming vibe & treat you like a valuable customer, I respect them 100% ✌ But the So called manager Caroline who was ignorant & arrogant" spoiled everything i do not recommend! Experienced one on one dispute etc Im grateful I found out before purchasing from this woman let alone investing my big money worth upon arrival. Was tempted to purchase but I will go to another prouds store instead.

5 /5 Lakoda Kendall: Absolutely amazing service and friendly staff. I got acrylic paint all over two of my gold, diamond rings that had set. Within 15 minutes Prouds had the rings cleaned and back to me, shinier than ever. Can’t fault anything about Prouds Pakenham service and will definitely be a return customer. Thank you so much for helping me, I’ll be sure to take my rings off next time I’m painting xx

5 /5 Karan Bliss: I am extremely disappointed with the staff at Prouds Jewellery in Pakenham. My partner walked in to buy me diamond earrings for Christmas. He’s tall, bold, and was wearing his motorcycle gear, but instead of being treated with respect, they immediately demanded to see his ID before allowing him to even look at the earrings. They refused to accept his digital ID and insisted on seeing his physical drivers license. He wasn’t allowed to touch the earrings at all. Interestingly, the day before, I had been in the store and was allowed to hold the earrings without being asked for any ID. This experience felt like discrimination, as they judged him based on his appearance. It’s a shameful display of bias by your staff. Despite the treatment, he did end up purchasing the earrings, but this experience has left a very negative impression.
