5 /5 Clinton Drought: I needed a ring reduced in size on Friday the 20th of December. I was hoping, but not expecting it to be done the same day. I was met with with lovely customer service and was told that they were very busy, but they would see what they could do. It really made my day to get the phone call later that day to hear that it was ready to pick up. The work done was perfect also. I really appreciated the service and craftsmanship and highly recommend this business.

5 /5 Holly Teklenburg: Super quick with my resizing request, dropped off on a Saturday and picked up on a Monday. Also fixed a blemish/sweat spot on the ring, the ring has never looked so good! Great service and great work done - Very very happy customer!

1 /5 Mariya Vladimirova: Left my diamond ring to be resized and valuated . Picked up after a week without valuation . Same day called to complain about the job done . They asked me to bring it back the next day . So I did , but the jeweler wasnt at the shop even he said to bring it that day. I went to Michael Hill and asked them to look at it . They saw hole on the bottom of the ring so I left it for repair and valuation. Paid again for the work and contacted Radiant jewellery for a refund . I didnt received the refund and the attitude was just horrible. I showed them the receipt from Michael Hill and told them that no poit to leave 30k diamond ring to be damaged even more . Do your research and honestly dont go there. I have attached the receipt from Michael Hill to show you that I did the repair the next day after I picked up the ring . Valuation has also been done by Michael Hill without any dramas and empty bla bla talking . Absolutely horrible job and customer experience!

5 /5 Katy Fowler: In desperate need to have my wedding rings removed and with businesses in stage 4 lock down due to covid19 restrictions, it only took one phone call to Radiant Jewellers and about 1 hour later, my rings were removed. Unfortunately I cant remember the owners names but they came to my place of employment and literally removed my rings on the tray of their truck in the work car park. I can not express my gratitude towards them. Thank you
